Development Journey
This project began over five years ago as an experiment in AR sheet music readers on the Microsoft HoloLens 2, using the Mixed Reality Toolkit (MRTK). The initial prototypes proved the concept of a stable, world-locked virtual music stand. Today, development is focused on the Meta Quest 3 and future standalone XR devices, rebuilding the application with modern tools to create a more robust, user-friendly, and accessible tool for all musicians.
